As a Training Co-ordinator you will coordinate all training for MET Academy customers whilst providing excellent customer service.

  • Mapping out training plans and schedules
  • Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information
  • Map out annual training plans
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts
  • Maintain updated training records
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating all training programs
  • Act as a central point of contact for all business enquiries and client requests relating to the Training & Development services
  • Manage online and telephone booking systems, respond to client queries, coordinate logistics of venues as well as materials requirements. Be the first point of contact for facilitators and client liaison for training programmes. Register delegates, ensuring high standards of customer care throughout process
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High level of numeracy and proven ability to manipulate figures and data with ease, using spreadsheets and databases
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure, and play an active and supportive role.
  • Ability to produce reports and statistics
  • Strong verbal and written communication
