We are looking for someone to join our Resourcing and Reward team for 12 months as a Recruitment Advisor. This exciting opportunity will see you join a team working in a fast-paced environment, where you will offer a high-quality recruitment service to all stakeholders across the business, with excellent customer service being at the heart of all you do.

You will be responsible for the running of a comprehensive, cost effective and value for money recruitment campaigns for a wide variety of posts across the business, from entry level positions up to senior management level posts. As such, we are looking for applicants with confident stakeholder management skills and the ability to tailor ways of working to support different managers’ working styles and using persuasive conversation to ensure best HR practices and our customer service goals are adhered to.

To be successful within this role, you will have ideally worked within a recruitment environment previously and have a thorough understanding of recruitment legislation, be industry focused to ensure you remain up to date with labour market trends and the ability to research these where necessary, build strong working relationships with Recruitment Suppliers, provide advice to hiring managers whilst remaining compliant and in line with internal policy and procedures.

While internal stakeholder management is key to this role, you will also be interacting regularly with job applicants, both internal and external, and as such, a friendly but professional and inclusive communicate style is essential.

There will be times when you will be required to deliver difficult decisions, have challenging and difficult conversations to challenge people’s opinions and reasoning, so a positive outlook would be beneficial.   Your organisational skills will be fully utilised due to the high volumes of work along with your interpersonal skills to challenge established ways of working, will all be put to good use – we are therefore looking for candidates with previous experience of handling those types of instances.

While recruitment is a key part of this role, the successful candidate will also get involved with other activities during their time in post, including; job evaluation, workforce planning activities, supporting general HR processes and assisting the Resourcing and Reward Manager with project work.
