Salary: £16,437 – £17,407 (Dependant on relevant experience)

To continue our commitment to our Mortgage partners, we are looking for a customer focused administrator to join us us in our friendly, fast paced mortgage intermediary team.
This is a 12 month opportunity and we would be happy to consider part time applications between 25 – 35 hours (2 full days will need to be accommodated as well full time training to support you in to the role)

Being part of our mortgage administration team you’ll support and develop the Society’s introduced mortgage business, by providing accurate and timely administrative support to the Society’s panel of mortgage intermediaries and brokers.

You’ll be responsible for the processing of new registrations to our panel of intermediaries and preparing mortgage illustrations for them. Responding to broker administration enquiries and inputting data onto our intermediary database will be key parts of the role as well achieving our service level agreements. Occasionally you’ll also need to call our brokers to make sure they receive a timely, best in class service.

Hours of work are between 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday

With well-being in mind and to comply with social distancing guidance, we are currently using digital platforms such as Zoom to conduct our recruitment process. The recruitment process include on-line testing relevant to the role, a brief telephone chat and an interview with managers from the department.

To be successful in the role you’ll already have recent experience of working in an administration role with a strong customer service emphasis. You’ll have good communication skills and will be happy to talk via the phone to people when required.

You’ll have excellent attention to detail skills and evidence of working towards goals and / or performance measures will be critical. You’ll also enjoy working within a team and be flexible, positive and hardworking.
