About the Role
Working in accordance with Accrol’s principles and values you will ensure safety remains the number one priority through your actions and behaviours. The post holder will need the ability to perform well in a busy office environment. You will also work closely and need to communicate effectively and professionally with our direct customers, haulage firms, drivers and the wider site operational employees including the Production and Planning teams.
You will play a key role in customer relationships and will make sure our customers are at the heart of everything we do. In the role your duties will include, but are not limited to, providing leadership for Finished Goods handling and dispatch activities, liaising with Production, Warehouse, Quality and Planning and Customer depots to ensure work is planned and executed with a strong sense of urgency to meet delivery targets.
This is an exciting role that requires a proactive and motivated attitude to ensure we supply a World Class customer service.
A can do positive attitude is a must along with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns is a necessity in a fast paced environment.
You will need to be able to effectively adapt your communications skills keeping a professional manner at all times.
The right candidate will need to be smart enough to work independently and be trusted with the tasks they are given whilst being confident enough to report any issues and be passionate about delivering high quality outcomes.
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience of Microsoft Excel, spreadsheet maintenance and similar software is essential
- Experience of working in a warehouse environment (or similar) is desirable
This role is based at Leicester Tissue Company (LTC) which is part of the Accrol Group.
Established in 1993, Accrol Group is the UK’s leading independent tissue converter, producing private label toilet roll, kitchen roll and facial tissue products for most of the UK’s major grocery retailers. We currently have four manufacturing sites in Blackburn, Leyland, Leicester and Flint.
