Here at Johnnie Johnson Housing, we’re now looking for a Graduate/Trainee Building Surveyor to join us.
As our Graduate/Trainee Building Surveyor, you’ll support our Project Lead in ensuring delivery of a customer focused service. You’ll support the effective management and procurement of contractors and service level agreements, maximising customer satisfaction levels and complying with JJH policies, procedures and financial regulations. You will support the delivery of a high standard of property maintenance and a customer focused repairs and voids service.

The team you’ll join is a really lovely close-knit team of seven. We’re led by the Asset Operations Manager and as well as providing support to the organisation, we support each other too.
We’re looking for someone who has successfully completed all of their studies and is qualified in a suitable field. Confident and enthusiastic, you’ll have excellent communication skills and be an effective team player who can build and maintain effective relationships. We’d also like you to have the ability to use a range of IT systems and packages including Microsoft Office.
We also need you to hold a full driving licence and be able to travel to different locations as required. Don’t worry though, we’ve got your mileage expenses covered.
