We have an opportunity for a talented individual to come and join the team and lead the catering operation across multiple outlets. 

Lead the catering operation across multiple outlets to improve the customer food service experience by delivering the food offer in accordance with company food quality, standards, procedures and client contractual obligations whilst operating within budget

The types of applications we would be looking for are candidates interested in in the Catering Manager position would be the following

  • Good basic kitchen skills – (Ideally NVQ 2 as a minimum)
  • Good knowledge and experience of working with food in a contract catering environment
  • Proven commercial background in catering or similar industry
  • People Management
  • Barista trained

  • Understanding Customers
